I've tried numerous ways of buying bitcoins but none of them seem to work. I tried using paypal through virwox but it didn't go through because my account on paypal is unverified, I tried using moneybookers through virwox aswell but my prepaid card wouldn't accept the transaction from them (i have an american express prepaid card). I also tried a few other sites but nothing worked. Any advice?

Where are you located?

Is it a requirement that your purchase BTC with a virtual card?

There's a site that I go to, that I've sent money orders to them, and they'll let you trade BTC's for it. If you want to do it via money order, you could do it that way.

bitcoin4cash? I've read mostly good reviews. Accessible from i2p and tor as well.

Im located in the U.S.
It isn't a requirement that I use a virtual card but I have one on hand and it's a real hassle for me to get my hands on a money order or anything else other than a prepaid card, so I was hoping there would be a way I could get bitcoins with a prepaid card.
I just looked up bitcoins4cash and it seems like you have to send cash to them in the mail to receive bitcoins. I could do that but it doesn't seem very practical for me as the wait time is probably days.

You can check out #bitcoin-otc (http://wiki.bitcoin-otc.com/wiki/Using_bitcoin-otc). There are some trades dealing with Paypal going on over there everyday.
