Will sell apartment in Nessebar (Bulgaria) for Bitcoins or Euro.
Seaside resort. Quiet place in the center of town. Brick building. Third floor.
2 beaches on the black sea, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and public transport are all within 1-5 minute walk. Airport is 25 minutes away.

Price - 40,000 euro or the equivalent in the crypto-currency at the time of sale.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Good to see more properties available in btc. Is this direct bitcoin purchase or convert to fiat first?

Sadly, we will need to convert btc to fiat for all paperwork and legal stuff in Bulgaria.
But we try to cover all convert expenses for you.
