1. use escrow and research your trading partner

2. buy from an exchange like localbitcoins / bitstamp / bitcoin.de

Use an exchanger with wire transfer.
It will take a couple of days, but better prices and safer Smiley

If you are US based and like using Dwolla, then check out CampBX.com, their prices are usually lower than coinbase, if you are in another place, you can usually find a local currency exchange pretty easily. I like to look around at the global exchanges so if you have a hard time finding a local one, let me know!

I think I'm somewhat trusted around here, but you'll have to do your own research on that.

I can supply most of the bitcoins you're looking for right away, and should be able to get you the rest of them by the end of the week.

You can see my ad in the "Currency Exchange" sub forum here:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=274204.msg2938869#msg2938869

Depending on the payment method you want to use, for a bulk purchase like 45 bitcoins, I can come down on the cost a bit.

Contact me to negotiate price and payment details if you're interested.

If you prefer to buy from someone else and you need someone to hold the bitcoins in escrow until payment is made, I'm willing to help out with that as well.

You can see my escrow thread here:

I would personally recommend that you just use an exchange (mtgox, etc.). Otherwise, you can use escrow and if you are going to do that, I would recommend JohnK

Coinbase.com if you are in USA
Bitstamp.net if you are in Europe
BTC-E.com if you are in Russia
Crypto-Trade.com (they are based in China)
Also try localbitcoins.com or in this forum marketplace.
