what do you guys think about this coin? buy near 400$? seems like a  very solid project to me but i have mixed feels because they gave byteball out for free in the past

They're still giving out byteballs for free actually. It is no longer been airdropped like how almost 70% has already been distributed, but if you send out what they're calling testcoins (it's like invites the way you can email people like Coinbase), and people sign up and register, they get about $12 dollars free of Gbyte. It's actually $20 but it'll cost you $8 to verify so yeah, total of $12. Refer people and you get it too.

Byteball already on the top. The fact byteball has been getting some competitors were using the same system just like nano, IOTA, and IoT chain. It seems like IoT chain is the only one that has been getting a lot of improvements on the code and the platform itself. The developer of byteball was making a perfect and fair distribution to all of the people were linking their bitcoin to the byteball platform.

I love this coin.  I will not say anything about the price, but Byteball has already had a decentralized ICO, Titanium Coin, on its platform.  They also have an exchange built in to the wallet for some coins.  It's up to you to decide.

It is a spectacular coin and I also am not sure about exact entry but if you believe in it long term then $400 is nothing in bigger picture. Some features it has but not all include

-Prediction Market
-Chat Bot
-Private Untraceable Currency (BlackBytes)

Seems price has dump for 50%, That is was bad news. So after 1 month did you bought them coins? Byteball were good project as my corner.
