I highly doubt it, if anything I think it could have a negative effect on Bitcoin's growth. Because then it will be associated with gambling which is always associated negatively and grouped in with other bad behaviors. We don't need that grouping, certainly not now when governments are looking to regulate.

I consider online crypto casino's as one of the market movers and is giving a lot of contribution to the increase of demand because traditional casino players loves on how most of the casino's are doing with bitcoin. Gambling online Casino could Help Bitcoin grows but not to the extent  that users spend his one piece of  Bitcoin just only for playing casinos. It just another way of promoting bitcoins through it, if that online casinos  could players just easily win, then more people to play in and bitcoins are more sellable, it helps Bitcoin grows. I think if those online casinos did not grab the opportunity to grow by adopting cryptocurrencies, they could be left behind and remain in a constant income. Yes, it can, gambling has become popular long time ago and Bitcoin gambling is only the commercial for the Bitcoin as a crypto. Many new users have even discovered the Bitcoin due to the gambling sites which are supporting the Bitcoin. I am personally not so big gambler but I am supporting the gamblers.
