Yes it can but the demand are not as great as state's demand.

Let's compare if bitcoin gambling site usually have 100.000 active player  = 100.000 demand
If my government let say legalize bitcoin with 200.000.000 total population = 1.000.0000 demand

Yes i believe that online casino that are using cryptocurrency will really help bitcoins to grow its value since there are a lot of people that are greedy about earning a huge amount of money and if they will allow cryptocurrency on their business then more customer's will come in this gambling industry and aiming to earn cryptocurrency as well.

I think most people want to make money from Bitcoin instead of using Bitcoin to gamble. Of course, I can't say that all people don't use Bitcoin to gamble. People who use Bitcoin gambling account for more than Bitcoin users. A very small proportion. The help for Bitcoin is very small.

well, online gambling is one of the many use cases of bitcoin, and any real use case for bitcoin that has some people interested in it will help bitcoin rise as its adoption grows.
but i don't think this is any major effect compared to everything else. the number of online gamblers who use bitcoin is not that big compared to every other use case.
and don't forget that people are not usually so excited about "spending" their precious bitcoins let alone wasting them on gambling.

I agree with your opinion. Even at the moments of the bitcoin rate drop, the bitcoin owners confidently look into tomorrow. I do not think that it makes much sense to spend bitcoins in an online casino, if you can spend the Fiats, which you will then receive, selling bitcoin at the peak of the course. The only "BUT" my opinion is the opinion of a person without a special love for excitement

Gambling industry can help bitcoin to the same extent as increasing of drug market in darkweb - it'll just hurt his reputation once again. To rise more among the mainstream audience we need to be able to pay with crypto in any mall on an equal basis with Visa payments.  This is just my humble opinion.

It's definitely one of the industries holding btc together, but, alone, it cant bring btc to mass adoption. We need everyday stores accepting btc as payment. Just online stores are enough but i dont know when or if we'll get there.

Lot of people are against crypos being used for gambling. I dont think it brings "bad" reputation. I mean fiat is more widely used for gambling. We cant prevent using it "bad" things. The important thing is we also find good or "neautral" uses for it.

I thinks its no because all player of casino is only a rich person not to help in general imagine only casino owner would be a potential to grow their wealth so that is not helpful to grow of bitcoin.
