I have read that people get their users stolen and that it is possible to claim it back if you send a key-signed messaged to the admins. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0

I would like to know this in more detail:

1 - Can I use a key pair from any PGP program?
2 - How can I make sure that this key is associated with my user in the forum? Should I just post the public key somewhere in the forum or just send a PM signed to someone else?

Thanks for help!

You need to sign your address that you are using, and post it here. It will get verified, and quoted. So if you get hacked you can do what you wrote in your topic. Read this topic for more info: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=996318.0;topicseen

Thanks! I will do so. I need to open a bitcoin account because for the moment I only have one in Ethereum. Any chance of using a PGP app?

What do you mean? I recommend Electrum if you need to sign a message for your staked address. It lets you create a Bitcoin wallet without any hassles and provides a PGP signing feature by default. Here is a more in-depth tutorial by shorena with many other apps:
