A decentralized Ethereum token exchange is looking for online community managers to
- monitor social media channels (Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, Bitcointalk, Slack);
- maintain social media FAQ;
- provide support to users, answering their questions, giving information about the platform, addressing technical issues, deleting spam, and occasionally posting platform updates.
Requirements:
- an understanding of Blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and trading;
- a good command of English;
- experience with customer support across social media, email and online chats.
