It is necessary to collect the KYC details as we have to make sure that legit people are collaborating with each other. Each user has a rating based on which she/he will be reviewed by other people on the platform. So, if the right details of the people are not collected, there is a chance of people getting scammed by other individuals.

I will tell you why I believe that Enkidu is a good idea.
Enkidu allows for different kinds of people to work together without the need for trust to exist.
In the online community, if any person decides to work together with some other individual, then there would always be the case of having to place enough trust in the other person to work together to share the payment. It is very hard to do so given, this would be the first time you came across them.
Enkidu allows for trustless collaborations and this is just one part. There are smarter vesting options and voting system for passing a resolution.
It has already partnered with Truelancer, Asia's largest freelancer community which gives it a user base of 400,000 instantly when the product kicks off.
I believe this would definitely have a bright future in the crypto community as this is possible on the blockchain.
