Anyone  know what news there has been regarding mtgox ??

There is currently a sell off since US 2:30

Its down about $10 just today .

Or is it just a lot of traders arbitraging between gox and bitstamp?

It's because it's the end of the month and all positions automatically closed every last day of the month at Plus500. All positions are even leveraged 1:10.
Plus500 is tied to MtGox rate.
