hello on 02/28/2018 11:50 pm i requested a withdrawal of money from my wallet from uphold to a bitcoin wallet which withdraws leaving my portfolio at zero, apparently in the blockchain all transactions were completed , my question is, how can I do now, the money will be returned? Can I go back to my wallet? How long will it take and if so, please help me what to do?

Can you explain once more? but clearly?

So you withdrawn your bitcoin from uphold(uphold.com?) to "a bitcoin wallet". What bitcoin wallet did you withdraw your funds to specifically? As it looks like the funds didn't move to the right address(to the wallet address you provided on the bottom of your post).

Please be more specific with the information you're providing. And NO, bitcoins can't be returned/refunded unless you send them back manually.

Looks like you received BTC0.04818074 on 2018-03-01 04:27:08 and moved the same amount of BTC to another address on 2018-03-01 04:58:41; both transactions approximately 30 minutes apart. Was BTC0.04818074 the right amount? Was it you who moved the funds out to another address?

That wallet did received some BTC (0.04818074) yesterday so you should've seen the funds, but the BTC were moved to another wallet so that's why you don't see any coins. The issue seems to be with your Airtm account/wallet. And just so you know, transactions on the Bitcoin network are irreversible and can't be canceled.

wtf? but i never got any notification that i received any amount or if so that was not reflected on my dashboard, if someone could acces to my wallet and move the btc to another one, it should have been reflected on the movements statement right?

Uphold did their job and withdrawal was successful. Transaction got confirmed long time ago.

I'm not familiar with "airtm" and don't know whether they are legit, but (assuming all the info you provided is correct) they have received your deposit - therefore you should contact them with your tx id and ask why it hasn't been credited to your account yet.

Don't panic about exchange moving funds between different wallets. Sending to deposit address means that exchange (airtm) should credit your account with the same amount of btc, but it's perfectly normal that the funds are moved (either to cold storage or as withdrawals to other users).
