I've held escrow for multiple transactions for him and never had an issue with him for the escrow transactions. Looks like he was just waiting for someone to be willing to skip the escrow so he could scam them.
Exactly. I cant agree enough, even a seemingly stand up guy will fuck you at the first opportunity.
