Any idea how to print a shipping label from outside the US?

I'd like to have a US based reseller ship some USB Block erupters to a friend's US address.

Neither USPS, nor Stamps.com will accept a non-US credit card.  Any alternatives for printing a USPS shipping label. 

This conundrum seems quite ironic to me.

You can try paypal's multi shipping tool. Or you might need to send your friend in the US the funds on paypal for him to purchase the label.
