Why does BtCguild show that i am outputting 215 while my guiminer says my hash rate is 289
Deepbit shows my hash rate correctly should i change to deepbit or another pool??

The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

The pools are just trying to guesstimate your hash rate based on the number of proofs of work you send in.

When you are lucky and get above normal number of proofs of work, the pool thinks you are hashing really fast. And the opposite when you are unlucky and finding few proofs of work.

i kno i switched pools and it says my hash is 320
almost .01 bitcoins in less than an hour
