I don't know if you will find many developers here. I have not found any threads so far in this forum but I wish you luck.

I'm a web developer with some free time to work. What exactly is the scope of the project you're hiring for? and what's your tech stack? what's the time frame? budget? and would you use middle-man or pay partially up-front?
