What steps would you give to convince the musicians art workers, etc., dev? I think it should be able to convince them all dev project, I think it's great you've done immediately.

Our strategy will be adopted only after the release of the functional marketplace that's almost ready.
To be more precise, we will work on promotion at various levels by targeting to social networks related to freelancers, and massive digital advertising to allow our marketplace to appear among the top result in search engines.

To allow this, social networks will give a good opportunity to spread the word. After a premature analysis, we found some social media platform that proliferate of artists ready to sell their creations.
Some example are Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook groups, Youtube, and Twitter.

It is not hard to attract freelancers. Usually they searching all new opportunities so I think they will be glad at least to read a description.
