Always sad to hear about a member on the forums who contributed to the crypto discussion here passing away.

I've seen him on here but didn't put any feedback on the posts but from the steemit pages you listed he was a good guy.
It is kind of strange to watch the youtube videos of him talking cause you tend to listen more closely then you normally would.

Safe travels to the big unknown fellow bitcointalk friend. Cry

Shocking to hear that - he doesn't look to be very old.

I hope he can rest in peace.

I had no interactions with this guy, but I'm familiar with the name.

Anyone know how he died?  I've mentioned this before, that I work in a drug rehab, and lately I've been seeing a lot of young people die of opiate overdoses.  Way more so than other things that afflict young people--and this gentleman definitely looked young.  Hopefully it was not an overdose, though with a bitcoiner (no offense to anyone here) it wouldn't shock me.  My condolences.

I'm sorry to hear of your loss.

I didn't know this member, but clearly he had a big impact (very early on) in the community that expands well beyond the Bitcointalk forum. I love his Blockhain Buffalo shirt, I need to look up where I can get one!

Clearly his memory will live on for a long, long time.

He didn't look like a drug taker from this most recent pic of him and his friend

I reckon I did read that thread where he suggested the litecoin symbol a couple years ago.

Nothing mentioned on steemit either.

Im around his age, it's pretty shocking to find people your age dying of natural causes specially when you aren't even 30+... it's not common at all to be honest. It would take some sort of congenital defect to have a heart attack at such an early age.
I understand that the family doesn't want to give more details tho. I hope he was ok... I would say depression and suicide is a very common sickness nowadays. I hope it wasn't related to that. Anyway, RIP and stay strong guys, we have to live long to watch Bitcoin take over the world.

This is one of the last things I wanted to see Sad

I got to know this user somewhat when his account was hacked and used to scam myself. Months later, the real owner of the account appeared and fixed the situation. I also made a couple of personal deals with him later for Casascius coins.
I am not going to say more than this, just know this member was an upstanding member of this forum.
