Who Is the BEST Bounty Manager for ICOs of bitcointalk & why?

I'm sure most of us here have participated in bounty programs at bitcointalk in some form or another.  Especially to those with a lot of experience dealing with bounty managers on bitcointalk, whether you were participants or ICOs that have utilized the service (s) of these managers, who do you think is the BEST?  

What are their strengths and if any, areas that they can improve.  What are the ICOs they have been involved in and were they successful in promoting the ICOs?  In the past, have all of the bounties counted and paid properly?  Do you prefer to use traditional bounty managers of bitcointalk, professional services such as AmaZix or centralized services such as BountyHive?

Are they allocating the percentages of the bounty properly i.e. Signature / Avatar campaign, social media, translation, publications etc, in order to maximize the target audiences and serve the best interest of the ICOs?  Are their bounty thread well-written and organized?  What can they do to help them make their jobs easier and your participation a pleasant one?

Amazis is an excellent website! Already many led ICO from them. Me, too, very likes! Mostly clean projects without false bounty. They provide the best ICO. I will watch and use them on!

there are a lot of managers in this forum who handle the new ICO, and from some ICO bounty that I follow there is a success and there is no. this is very influential in the future whether the ICO will be handled next will be good or not participant,

Well, i am a well experienced in managing bounties and i also design good signatures for campaigns.

I can argue with you. I participate in the bounty, which leads the manager of the team AmaZix - TagaMungkahi. Rules change in the course of the bounty. Bets for weeks in time do not believe that it was clearer - I saw in the fifth week that I was not credited with the first. The question "why" is not answered. And I like working with the manager with needmoney and momopi. They always answer and correct, if it was not counted.

I think the best bounty manager in this forum must be deadley . He's active all the time to solve the problem from bounty participants, update everythin related to bounty campaign very quickly, truthworthy member. There is one more think why I think deadley is the best bounty manager is all bounty campaigns that managed by deadley are very successful and great project

I like work of aeris2. For me it is the best. But if i'm not wrong hi is the part of amazix team. But i like his programs because of limited quantity ot participants. 100 - for signature, 500 for social media. So, i appreciate my work and time and try not to involve in projects where are thousands participants for 5% twitter pool. this is uselessly.

Yes, AmaZix is a good bounty mannager group. but lately I have not stopped enjoying the terms of their promotion companies!
the amounts I am earning there are very small lately. but despite all this are very good managers who quickly solve all the problems and timely fill the tables

And then when the Manager updates at 5 weeks, it turns out that either you are not approved, or considered less of a share or a token!

I agree, very much annoying when the table is not filled to the last day of the campaign. Worse, only when the table is filled selectively, there are also such managers (for example, fill in half a table and it becomes boring)
