I currently have a bunch of spare storage space and bandwidth on a WHM/Cpanel Linux Hosting Server that I contract, that serves as a secondary backup of sorts for other Client services that I currently offer professionally as part of my business. The server is located in Dallas Texas in the Planet Datacenter.

Long story short:

I would like to offer FREE Website Hosting/Email etc to those who currently are in some way, a part of the Bitcoin Community, more specifically, Developers, Promoters, along with anyone that works towards making the Bitcoin Community more mainstream and widely acceptable.

Again, I am offering this as a FREE SERVICE, although I will definately accept Bitcoin Donations from those who find this somewhat valuable.

** Keeping with the spirit of the offer, the only people or organizations that I would say, would not qualify the free/donation offer, would be those who only offer PAY-PER SERVICES or PRODUCTS.

** Those currently working on a FREE or DONATION basis as their form of compensation for what it is that they do, are more than welcome to contact me, as these are the organizations or individuals I initially had in mind when considering this proposal to the community.

What I can offer:
1) Free Fully Featured Linux/Cpanel Hosting Account (user supplied Domain name, point it to my server account, located in Planet#6 Dallas TX).
2) Free sub-domain hosting account (YOU.btcdev.com or YOU.btcdev.ca) with private Root/FTP access only (no control panel).

With Option#1, you will have full control over every aspect of your hosting account.
With Option#2, I will have to work with you, to setup email addresses/databases etc (if required).

I am just interested in adding what I can to the Community and this is an easy one for me to put on the table....

Post here or PM me if you are interested in anything from a 'test drive' to simply more information.....or if you have any suggestions at all.

Cheers,
Allan

Just to be clear..... I am NOT looking to make potential guests on my server subject to advertising for me or forcing anything upon them.

This is a 100% NO STRINGS ATTACHED DEAL. I am not looking for anything in return. No banners, no links, no public recognition of any kind on your website.

I really just want the opportunity to help those who are working hard to make the Bitcoin Community better.

If you have had any apprehensions about the offer prior to reading the above, rest assured - I DON'T WANT or EXPECT ANYTHING IN RETURN.

Hopefully this clears up any concerns that some of you may or may not have had about my offer.

Thanks again,
Allan
