First I don't know why you are comapring Apple and Oranges, they are not in the same market so to compare how much both raised don't make sense to me.
 I am of the opinion that the amount raised by Havven is very low because stable coin need something to back it up so where is the capital coming from I don't know

Very well said which is actually true and completely agree that price wont really get stable no matter what since we do know on whats the main feature of cryptocurrencies which its price volatileness and come to think off on how many projects in the market as of now but most of them do end up on failing because on having the same or redundant ideas which isn't really needed at all this is why interest would really be done in a matter of time. Talking Havven I didn't still even read up that project but having a big accumulation doesn't mean that they would be better among others.Time would really tell.

The ICO hype is at the edge of downhill but it's still much higher than the time of Power Ledger ICO. The amount of investment raised in ICO is one thing, its price afterwards is another.

The thing with these high volume ICOs is that because the funds are so big, the expectations also are so big for them to deliver, and on time. They've got little margin of error because the market will drop significantly on even the slightest of their mistake.
