I'm using a fixed fan speed and set the fan of my AMD-cards to stay below 60°C.
Rx480 ------- fan 58% - 64%
Rx580 ------- fan 53% - 58%

P. S. The fan speeds I posted are shown in claymore, Sapphire Trixx values are lower.

Auto is undesirable, initially video cards are not provided for mining, so only the manual mode, depends on how the farm is built, quite acceptable are 60-90%.

So where do you guys buy replacement fans? It seems to be quite hard to find an exact match for the existing GPU fan.

A fan is $10-$15 to replace.  Let that GPU burn up and see how much it costs to replace then!  No reason a GPU should be ran at 76C or above unless you live in the Jungles of Vietnam.
Mining is illegal in vietnam xD
And  i really love vietnamiees food <3 ;3

I've already contacted MSI (The gpus i got from) and they will send me Shudle with how much for each Fan + i will replace Thermo paste to stay them cooler for longer(Also msi will do that)
Only reason that MSI will do that they campany politic in my country is they only can replace Thermo paste for GPU or i void warrianty for example in UK u can change thermopaste without their premission and still having a warrianty(only if you phissicaly do something to card you void it) :/

I've found mine for sale on eBay, they are nothing special, just make sure the fitting and diameter is the same with yours and you should be fine. They won't make much or any difference with your genuine fans, don't spend a fortune on something consumable.

Nothing is illegal until you get caught, and who on earth is going to find you in the jungle?
