Actual market and trading market is entirely different when it comes on buying and selling. The concept might be the same but spreads and difference on prices and movements of each goods or coins do really differ.Going back to topic buying out 1 sat coins wont really assure you if it would pump even in 2 sats.If theres a whale would consider it then its possible but most of the time these are already considered good as dead.

It is not that easy, 1 sat coin usually stays for long time before they jump to higher price. There should be something great from the developer to make it happen, most of those coins are just sh*t coin but you still have great chance to be rich from one of them but not in a day.
Example is reddcoin, it was 1-10 satoshi for so long time but suddenly it jumped to more than 145 satoshi. It takes time to make money from such coins, you should choose the right coin to make it happen.
To be honest, I do this kind of investment. Buying some cheap coins and hold it for long term purpose, but I do not buy it too much. Usually just for 0.001-0.002btc so I wont lose too much if the price does not increase after some years.
