I'm amazed the children in the past because in that day there was no computer yet or any technology use they all gonna do is to read some books and playing outside. But for now, some kids are addicted to some new technology and still always playing games on the computer so that's way too late sleep.
I agree, my son is also addicted to gadgets but now I limit him and give him time to play for about an hour per day. Right now he already improves his behavior from that and I think it also helps his mind to focus on some activities not only in gadgets.
