The answer is simple, let's go out to the field and we can talk about buying merit
if you see someone selling his merit in any way possible automatically banned that individual along with all those account he/she merited for the sole purpose of spamming/farming.
Nevertheless day by day spammers are getting creative, with creating a one topic after another.
