A leader is a person who is ready and can lead without even being your boss, and the boss is your boss, whom you obey, but not necessarily if it concerns some moments in life or other directions!

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

Leader: a person with leadership skills, someone that gives orders when is needed.
Boss: someone that is imposed by himself of someone else to give order, may have leader skills but not necessarily

The difference between a leader and a boss is that a leader cares about the people, puts the people first before himself, whatever he does would be for the best interest of the people but the boss, cares about power, control and puts himself first

A leader is someone great that commands the respect of others. The boss is usually just an annoying person

Interesting, who started to see the difference between this two topics and why do they start to blame some bosses not to be good leaders.

Boss pays you money and tells what to do.
A leader leads people, like Che Guevara. Leaders not always kind;) but here you want to do everything for them.

The boss gives you guidance, while the leader will help develop the mind. The boss orders, while the leader will make a proposal.

A leader can be a boss but a boss can never be a leader.
A boss manages employees, a leader inspires, innovates, thinks, creates.

The boss is basically already at the top while the leader is moving from the bottom. If the boss likes to 'Go', if a leader is' Let 's Go'.
