This project is doing by 3 winners of London Blockchain Week Hackathon 2017.they have good knowledge. I checked they linked in profiles how ever i dont know how is there works. when i check details about project i feel its a good project. how ever there is no details about is it have a ico when is it begin.

The author of the project writes in white paper that he was personally acquainted with Fred Ersham, Vitalik Buterin, Vlad Zamfir, Pereti Kasireddi, Hugh Karp. But, there is no information about whether this project was approved by Buterin.
