The forum moderator has locked the account!How to restore it?

I have several times sent the letter to the specified address, but got no answer!

And how would I have created this topic if I didn't created a new account!After all on the specified mailbox nobody answers!Before blocking, I had only one account!If you came only to laugh,then pass!I have created this section in order that someone help me to solve this problem and not for the sake of jokes!
