I'm new in this valley

Actually I have some experience in mining and now I decide to extend my work
Just because I'm an inventor in my country the government gives me lots of Supportive plans and conditions
For example customs duty free, 5 years of tax exemption, and most of all 0.015 USD/kWh electricity fee

So I decide to start a big or mid size mining farm facility and I consider looking for investors who already familiar with mining
Do you guys mind if I ask for any club or company about digital money investors which I can contact to them
