ICO like this with high referral reward and free token when you signup or referral signup program is likely to be just another scam.

When a friend signs up using your unique link, you get 50 WCXT + 5% of the WCXT they buy, and they get an extra 15% bonus when they buy WCXT.

They are giving so much token in the name of bonuses for free which is not quite common for legal ICO. Also their last tweet is on 13th feb where they have mentioned.

So this one is out as a scam great.
They had been on here since last year I believe.

i think they have telegram account right ? did you check all that social media ? RIP investors if its really a scam lets hope for the best

At the very least it's super shady that they announced, AFTER THE FACT, that only referrals that complete KYC will count in the affiliate program. I promoted this exchange on my site for months and I would not have done so if those rules were explained up front.
