ok I live in USA, but I went to college in France, and now I'm trying to request my transcript from my school, they want me to wire them 60 euro. But the fee involved is nearly 30 euro from USA. I'm wondering if there's any service available, that let me send them the appropriate Bitcoin, and for a small fee, they will deposit 60 euro into my school's bank account in France?

I'm in a similar situation, the exchanges won't let you put an account that does not have your name. The options to do this with bitcoin that I found so far are:

1. Localbitcoins

2. Bitmit (search for iban and there is a user that does this that has good rep, you will have to talk to him to ask how he can make it work to deposit 60 eur exactly)

3. Post on the currency exchange subforum and hope some trusted user is interested

4. Lie to an exchange that doesn't do verification and tell them that you live there and that the account you want to deposit is actually yours. This is risky because the transfer could get rejected.

If you do find a better option please mention it here so I can check it out
