Well it's a good News that #BTC staying above the Resistance Line and Looks like it's on the Bullz
just because bitcoin price is above some price level it doesn't mean it is a "bull" run. in fact bitcoin is still on its
sideways action and nothing has changed in the past weeks. and as long as it is not rising big and breaking the real resistances such as $12k an $12.5k you can not call it "Bullz"

historically speaking altcoins are only rising and having big pumps in two cases:
1, it is their pumping time and only up to 5 coins are getting pumped.
2. bitcoin is stable and since there aren't that much money to be made from a stable price most traders move to pump altcoins before bitcoin starts its bull run.
