You can dispute and charge back PayPal payments up to 180 days from the date you paid. Convenient, isn’t it? I know. PayPal has always been kind to scammers. Their rules make it easy to steal coins.
It’s a different story if you are willing to wait for 180 days to lapse before coins are released to you, in which case it might be safe to trade with you. If this is an option for you, use a trusted escrow to hold the bitcoins for 180 days.
