I'd buy .05 in tickets my self so you might just make more than that...

With all the luck I usually have, I'd be able to buy a couple of tickets and end up with nothing, so It wouldn't be worth buying them, in the first place...
But, even so, it's quite a great raffle!
I used to play a game called Street Rod, and some part's I'd try to sell, it said: "I'll take them from your hands for nothing!"
I think that "for nothing" is way too bad, since the miner has value and cost you money.
But since you wouldn't be able to resell it for a fair price and keep some profit on it (except perhaps on eBay, but that wouldn't be fair for the buyer), I'd advise you on the raffle.
I, myself, would buy it for 0.12BTC, shipping included, but that wouldn't be fair to you.
