I think my all time favorite story game would have to be To the Moon (seriously, play it!) and my favorite franchise is definitely the Portal Franchise. Great story with awesome puzzles and a lot of sarcastic humor. Highly recommended for the few people that haven't played Portal and like first person puzzle games.

The GOAT (Greatest of All Time) game for me would have to be Kirby: Planet Robobot, due partly to Kirby Super Star Ultra. My top 10 would have to be:
