I have no problems with withdrawing. The etherscan link you are showing not sure it is their hot wallet. But in general most exchanges and particulary the serious ones pull coins into hardware wallets to reduce risks in case of hacks. So I am not surprised seeing those transfers going out.

The site seems to be down for desktop browser. However, setting chrome to simulate mobile device like iPhone seems to do the trick. It still works in mobile device mode.

as long as i use kucoin no problem, every transaction goes well and fast enough, withdrawal fee is good, not expensive, even become one of my favorite exchanger, maybe they have a little mentenence, i hope all is fine

I have been actively using this stock exchange for a long time and I have never had any problems! I like the convenient interface, the speed of data processing. There are also a lot of coins on the stock exchange for easy trading

I am using Kucoin since 2 months and believe me this is the only exchange that lets you withdraw like  upto 100 BTC without document verification.
