Use Electrum while testing on localhost

I'm about to start an ecommerce project using Yii2 framework, and I still don't have a domain and I would like to receive bitcoin payments to my electrum wallet, my question is: Is there any way to use my wallet for testing purposes while working offline?

Electrum wallet needs to connect to their remote nodes before you can send payments, your addresses can receive funds however, it will not be updated while offline.
