Do your BTC wallet can now hold ETH? and it requires fee to get it? Is it safe?

If a wallet tells you to pay 20 php as a fee to aquire and open the eth wallet. If everyone thought that I am cheap but no its just I am afraid to be scam and now a days its an issue of using the Internet when someone pays and get paid and turned out scam.

So questions to focus on

Is it safe? not a scam? did they ask fee because its the work and all for there work the one who created the Eth wallet for coins.ph?


Does your country have a BTC wallet, contains your local money like USD and only it contains BTC? and now it can hold an ETH like our wallet that can only hold PHP and BTC.
