1. Wallet: Usually to follow a bounty project. You need to have a wallet to take reward. If you follow a smart contact token bounty. You will need to have a ETH wallet. You can register a wallet here: https://www.myetherwallet.com/

2. Social Facebook/Twitter: You need to have a real account with a number of real friends/followers. Then you share/retweet as the bounty requirements.

3. Bitcointalk:
  - Proof of authentication: You can participate some bounty programs allowing proof of authentication such as this: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3040611.0.
  - Signature: You should find some bounty program allowing minimum rank newbie to participate. Or level up your rank to earn more.

4. Submission form: Don't forget to submit the form to announce the campaign manager know your contribution. They are usually google form or type form.

5. Finally, practice  make perfect. You need to lift your ass to follow some bounty programs then you can learn more from them. As much the bounty you follow as much you can learn.

"How to trade tokens" ==> There're 2 ways:
- Exchange: go to the main website of the token to find the exchange listing that token. Some famouse exchanges:

  +https://www.binance.com/

- Direct trading: Token or coins is just the currency like USD/EURO/AUD.... You can spend/send/receive directly with anyone you trust.

What do you need to know? About trade tokens or bounties? Okay, If you need to join bounties first you need those things

Twitter account with real followers (Minimum 200 followers)
Facebook account (Minimum 200 friends)
Bitcointalk account Jr. Member or above (For signature bounties)
Telegram account

If you have Medium, Reddit account you can join some bounties as well.

You can understand about weekly tasks when you read the one of bounty thread. If you need to join a one you have to fill a google form.

First of all you have to make ERC20 tokens supported wallet (Myetherwallet, Metamask) and NEP5 tokens supported wallet (Neotracker) for get bounty payments. Most ICO projects are based with ethererum that means ERC20. You can give that wallet address to your bounty registration form.

When after the ICO if you work with bounty project well you can receive payment for your wallet. After that you can trade that tokens when will them hit exchanges. You can find that tokens hit what exchange from their Telegram, Twitter or any social media. If you find that you can exchange that tokens to any currency.

It's as simple as buying an item with your USD. Make sure to deposit your token to an exchange site then you are good to go. There are also many tutorials in the youtube. Feel free to learn from them.

trade your tokens in exchange sites.  To see where to trade your tokens go to coinmarketcap and search for your token ,click it scroll down and choose markets, you will see the exchange sites where you can trade your tokens.
