@OP, calm down. Use the correct scam accusation format, otherwise it is extremely hard to see what is happening and what you are claiming in your case. It looks like that you're just real mad right now.

And I understand that when you are being asked to wait for something. For sure, freewallet has very slo processing times. The two cases that I witnessed them solve basically took them two months each, which is crazy.

But they have followed through on their promises, and if they have promised you this time you should give them some time. I doubt you'll be able to do anything against them otherwise because their terms and conditions protect them already. But if you deem them untrustworthy, then you have every right to stop using them after they refund you.
