Hello,
pushpool have following in config.c
#define EASY_TARGET "ffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffff00000000"

how can I tune this value? can you point to some kind of manual?

I haven't used the config, but I believe it is for testing purpose, you can set the key higher to lower the difficulty.
