What if someone will fail to KYC? What will happen with their tokens?

I found the answer on the telegram channel. These tokens would be allocated to YGGDRASH team. But i think it would be best to burn them. |

It depends when they will hit to exhanges, which exhanges and depend of their development and news. But yes, ICON looks like more stronger and have ready mainnet already. |
