Some one says that jr members can also give merits for quality posts but i do not have any smerits is that's true?


 yes you could give merit to  other member of this forum if you had atleast 2 merit thats give in  to you it is only one merit you can give to other member of this forum.

Yes, if you have sMerits (sendable Merits). As a Jr, by default you don't have a sendable Merits, but you can earn it. Every time you earn or get  merits, half of it is sendable Merits. Continue to post more  quality replies so that you can earn more Merits. Good luck.

1 sMerit= 2 Merits
When you receive 2 Merits you earn a sMerit which you can award to the person whose post you find interesting which broaden your knowledge. Not only a junior, this goes for a user of any rank here on this forum. Receive 2 merits to give 1 sMerit.
Go on, work hard, post well. Earn merits, reward sMerits and keep the cycle going!

For the sake of correct mathematical formula the correct formula should be:


   Amount of Merit received = Merit + 0.5(Merit)sMerit
                                              = Merit (1+0.5sMerit)


and not 1 sMerit= 2 Merits
