The  global  legalized  cannabis  industry  has  potential  to  reach  a
$140  billion   dollar   market   cap   by   2027,  according   to   an  analysis

Today’s   U.S.   legalized   cannabis   industry   has   a   very   distinct
problem  that  other  U.S.  industries  do  not  have.  That  problem  is  that
the  legalized  Cannabis  industry  must  deal  directly  with  cash  instead  of
credit  or  debit  cards.  This  is  due  to  the  fact  that  U.S.  banks  will  not
allow for cannabis businesses to open bank accounts as they are afraid
of  government interference.    This  causes  a  multitude  of  both  personal
and monetary security risks to employers, employees, and customers.

The solution is CheebaCoin.

How it works
Our  vision  is  to  have  CheebaCoin  work  seamlessly  with  multiple
applications  to  create  an  all  in  one  solution  for  the  legal  cannabis
industry, where CheebaCoin will be the only  cryptocurrency needed to
perform cashless transactions across the entire United States’ legalized
cannabis  industry.  CheebaCoin  will  be  the  only  coin  used  across  our
desktop wallets, mobile apps, and point of sale system.

The Coin
The  coin  will  be  the  main  driver  of  the  block  chain.  The
CheebaCoin   is   the   cryptocurrency   that   replaces   the   fiat
currency  creating  a  cashless  solution  to  the  legal  cannabis
industry.  The  coin  is  also  required  to  verify  and  forge  new
blocks  on  the  network.  Owners  of  the  coin  are  rewarded  for
staking their coins and verifying transactions by receiving up to
a  20%  APR  compensation  in  the  form  of  CHEEBA  for  their
efforts  to  help  verify  the  transactions  across  the  blockchain.
The more coins one stakes the more compensation that person
will receive.

The Desktop Wallet
The  desktop  wallet  is  used  to  store  large  volumes  of  our
cryptocurrency   where   it   can   be   encrypted,   locked,   and
transferred  to  an  external  hard  drive  for  ultra-security.  The
wallet   will   also   be   the   only   place   where   staking   can   be
performed.  The  wallet  will  have  the  option  to  create  multiple
receiving  addresses  and  perform  coin  control.  The  wallet  will
have  the  option  to  set  a  reserve  limit  where  any  coin  amount
under  that  set  reserve  will  be  excluded  from  staking  to  allow
the  immediate  coin  availability.  Any  coins  inside  the  wallet  set
to  stake  will  be  required  to  stake for  the  minimum  amount  of
time before  those  coins  in  the  wallet  are  eligible  to  be  spent.  
The  desktop  wallet  will  be  able  to  both  send  and  receive
CHEEBA to any of the other apps or systems.

The Mobile App
Beta version of the mobile app will not have the ability to stake
due to the high amounts of random access memory required to stake,
 but will have other features not included on the desktop
wallet. The  mobile  app  will  have  the  ability  to  both  send  and
receive CHEEBA with a push of a button. It will include its own
wallet  addresses,  and  the  ability  to  both  create  and  scan QR
codes.    User one could  press  the  receive  option,  have  the
option  to set a specific amount, and  then generate a QR code.
User two could then use his or her mobile app to scan that QR
code and the amount to send and the public key address would
be  automatically generated.  One  more  push  of  a  send  button
and  the  CHEEBA  would  be  sent  to  the  block  to  be  verified  by
those staking on their desktop wallets.
Future  upgrades  to the  mobile  app  will  include  an  option  to
enter receive and send amounts in both US dollar amount and
CHEEBA equivalent. Future versions will also allow for real time
conversions  rates  between  USD  and  CHEEBA as  well  as  local
and state sales tax percentage to be added.

The Point Of Sale System
Once  developed,  the  point  of  sale  system  will  allow  all
options  of  both  versions  of  the  mobile  app, as  well  as  the
ability  to  be  integrated  into  the  software  program  used  for
tacking   and   record   keeping   required   by   each   states
legislature.  The  point  of  sale  system  will  also  be  capable  of
creating labels  of  the  strain,  THC  and  CBD  content,  along
with the transaction details all on one system. The budtender  will  
be  able  to  select  the  strain  and  quantity
from  their  touchscreen  pad,  and  generate  a  QR  code  which
already  includes  pricing  and  any  applicable  taxes from  pre-
determined  settings  set  in  the  point  of  sale  system by  the
dispensary work force. .
The patient who has pre-loaded their mobile app wallet with
CHEEBA will  then  be  able  to  scan  the  QR  code  which  will
automatically  populate   the   amount   to   send   to   the
dispensary  with  any  applicable  taxes  already  included. With
the click of a button, the transaction will be uploaded to the
block.  Customers  with  desktop  wallets  staking  coins  from
around  the  world  will  confirm  the  transaction  and  after  8
separate    conformations    verifying    the    transaction    the
CHEEBA  will  appear  in  the  budtenders  wallet.  At  this  point
the budtender will be able to print the bagging label with all
necessary items included.  Each budtender will be assigned a
separate   wallet  that   belongs  to   the  dispensary so  that
quality control and loss prevention can be managed with the
oversight for the dispensary to be able to track any loss back
to the originating wallet.

One thing we are doing different is implementing in the software used to track from seed to sale into the point of sale system. That way when sales are done then they are closed out with the tx id showing the sale. We talked to the people close to us in the industry who own dispensaries and got feedback on why they are leary to use any other crypto right now. We tried implement things to ease their concerns. They are excited about what our vision is on the project. Like state and local sales tax being able to be inluded. i really cant think of any other project that actually address the things that concern this industry. They need everything to fit their regulations 100%. They don't need any more attention and oversight then they already have. One of my mentors is well know in the industry and actually speaks at most cannabis conventions in the US. We have been bouncing ideas off of him on what exactly needs to be done to fit crypto into the cannabis industry
