You can generally find a lot of bounty programs either through Google or the subforum here: Bitcoin Forum > Alternate cryptocurrencies > Marketplace (Altcoins) > Bounties (Altcoins).
When selecting one, have a look at how many people are already participating; how many funds are allocated; and how long the bounty program will run. This will usually be enough; otherwise I hear there are Telegram groups that watch bounty programs, though I personally do not know much about them.

Also check this great website - http://bountylord.com/ . You can easily check all the runnig bounties and see rewards and rules. Since there are so many threads in Bounty subforum, It's hard to browse and find something. This site is really helpful.

Using this platform, you can always go to market place altcoins, then navigate to bounty(altcoins) and choose from a variety of bounties where you can observe the date the bounty started. This shall always guide you to choose the latest bounty programmes as the dates are always shown at the extreme right column of the platform. The manager of the bounty should also be minded as some of the managers may not keep to the bounty promise.

Cheers!

You can earn good amount of ONION every week. DeepOnion is a privacy cryptocurrency that provides true anonymity by integrating Tor. DeepOnion is decentralized, open-source and the project distributes ONION publicly via AirDrop and bounties. The developers achieved huge milestones in the past 8 months and the future is promising. Check the roadmap when you have a chance.

And the token suite. These groups are good for handling a campaign you have the assurance for their bounties promotion. Happy hunting my friend.

You can see it like that yes , basically bounty's is paid ''work'' and airdrops just gives free coins/tokens without doing much or anything.
