China is opening ”Lianghui”!The National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China and the Chinese people's political consultative conference

Many representatives express their views on the block chain technology, which is a positive signal for the development of the world blockchain.

"Promoting the integration of big data with new technologies such as artificial intelligence and blockchain," said zhang jindong, a representative of the National People's Congress (NPC)

Zhou hongyi, a member of the national committee of the Chinese people's political consultative conference (CPPCC) and chairman of 360, said at the annual parliamentary session that bitcoin was the only demand for the block chain.

Robin li, CEO of baidu inc. : the block chain technology is very revolutionary but still early.

Wang pengjie: discuss the establishment of a national level block chain digital asset trading platform.

Fh: we can try to solve rural finance problems by using digital technology such as block chain.

These sounds are sure to have a positive impact on the landing of the block chain in China.

Thanks, this is interesting information. As someone who doesn't know much about the national issues involved, I'm wondering how this will square with China's ICO ban (did I get that right?). Also, what is Lianghui -- could you give us some more information?

I want to ban ICO because there are too many scams, and the regulatory framework has not yet been formed.

If the blockchain technology is developed in China, ico will be re-opened!

"Lianghui" is a Chinese style of English, which refers to NPC &CPPCC, National People's Congress and The Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

That's a good sign. Before that, many companies had already fanned out into the field.

On China's recruitment website, many companies are looking for positions in the blockchain. Many tech giants have already done a lot of preparation for this.

Many companies want to be the first people in this technological revolution. This has led to confusion in China's current blockchain. Many companies use the name of the first blockchain to make a lot of money and get people's attention. In addition to talking about dreams, they mimic the general framework and do almost nothing meaningful.

But I am also optimistic that the block chain will be the subject of the fourth industrial revolution, which will bring science and technology to new heights and even change all areas. Let's look forward to it. Smiley

This news can in no way influence the global trend. This is China's internal Affairs. They want to attract domestic investment. To do this, they are fighting with the ICO. Now the active phase of trade wars begins all over the world. Investments will be in short supply. Maybe against this background, there will be a weakening of pressure on cryptocurrencies.

You can't have a blockchain without a coin, and China has banned bitcoin and all cryptocurrencies.

So I'm afraid all their talk of "blockchain" is just buzzword bingo, to try to make themselves look like they are current.

It's quite typical for China. They are famous for their effective copies, not innovations. So they sit and wait for the best moment to act. Maybe someday they'll launch domestic "chinacoin" and only this type of cryptocurrency will be acceptable by local business (AliExpress and such).

not surprise at all, they're regulating cryptocurrencies even banning them. But knowing this chinks, they don't want to be behind of anyone including the innovations using blockchain, maybe one day China will announce their own Currency/crypto-currency. They're known for that, they always want to control their people.

If they can't control it then its either join them or eliminate them, I think that what China's doing, they are going to eliminate or ban most of the cryptocurrency possible mining throughout their country we know the fact that most of the coins are now banned in China last year especially bitcoin who are among of them, now they are reforming and developing their own systems in the blockchain technology, I think this move proves that China will create their own coins and platforms which is blockchain based.

Though they have banned all the crypto currencies, there is a strong possibility that the Chinese government will come with their own coin very soon. I am saying this because they always want to be in control. Now they are saying good things about block chain technology, it is like a hint for us.

If they launch their coin this year, this may give strong competition to bitcoins. Since all the people in China will only have that option if they are interested in crytpo. This will obviously push the price for that coin.

Yes, it is said that on March 10, China began to block VPN on a large scale and forbid the Chinese to visit the real Internet!

China's central bank is studying its "digital cryptocurrency" instead of bitcoin.

Ha ha ha!

What else can be done by China to amuse me. They are the definition of a maze, to much pathways but hard to find where to go. I’m tired of this shit and I don’t even think that their still relevant in crypto world. Who even cares? if they want to be part of this community because after all they’re doing, me, myself and I have pushed farther enough in my limit. Respect is all gone.

ICOs are just coin offerings. Those guys talk about implementing the blockchain technology.

You can have a blockchain project with no coin, tokens, mining or anything else. a centralized one it will act just like a database to store data instead of transactions in blocks.
After all transactions are just pieces of data anyway.

So unfortunately this has almost nothing to do with the crypto world.
More likely private projects by the government and local authorities.

I think the Chinese government has banned all cryptoes including bitcoin in the past year, and there is even a strong possibility of some political media saying that the Chinese government will soon bring in their own coins. I think they always want to be in control in their country. Now it is possible that they are saying good things about the block chain technology, but behind all that there is a ruse in the state government of china.

The Chinese government is blocking the implementation of the ico project, and many Chinese blockchain enterprises can only move to other countries to carry out their own projects!

China's central bank has issued its own digital encryption currency, and I don't think the Chinese are willing to invest in their encrypted currency!

That's a good sign. Many companies want to participate in this technological revolution and doing lot of preparation for this.
