Hello!

I compile BC 0.8.6 on Windows with instructions on https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=149479.0

And I have a question on:

Comment out genleveldb.commands for win32
Code:
    LIBS += -lshlwapi
    #genleveldb.commands = cd $$PWD/src/leveldb && CC=$$QMAKE_CC CXX=$$QMAKE_CXX TARGET_OS=OS_WINDOWS_CROSSCOMPILE $(MAKE) OPT=\"$$QMAKE_CXXFLAGS $$QMAKE_CXXFLAGS_RELEASE\" libleveldb.a libmemenv.a && $$QMAKE_RANLIB $$PWD/src/leveldb/libleveldb.a && $$QMAKE_RANLIB $$PWD/src/leveldb/libmemenv.a
}

Why is this necessary?

I try to compile without comment it - it still works Smiley

This is not an idle question. I want to understand - why do something that you can not do?

Thank you.
