Day trading vs swing trading! Which one is better for digital currencies?

I am wondering, many people are doing great in crypto trading. Some of them are doing day trading and some others are doing swing trading. I want to learn which trading really works very good in cryptocurrency?

As we are in a strong bull market in the last years, and hodling is the best strategy in bull markets, hodling is the best and safer option.

If you want to trade, swing would be better than day trading, because the uptrend tend to continue for days/weeks.

It's very common that a trader sells when he gains 20%, but 5 days later the same asset is 800% up.

Like Ripple, that climbed from 0.20 to 3.00 in few days.

Is it better to day trader 0.20 to 0.25 or swing trade 0.20 to 3.00?

for digital currencies such as bitcoin and others that have very limited coin allocation and are very difficult to obtain from mining or other certainly every year the price will be more expensive so I think daily trading is not suitable for bitcoin but for daily trading altcoin is very suitable.

If you can analyze the patterns well then swing trading can make ton of profit. But with crypto analyzing the patterns is not easy, there are no clear signs to tell if it will rise or fall. Day trading is a tad bit safer approach IMO, but again you know the risks associated with it.

Generally nothing works perfectly in this world. Whether it is day trading or swing trading nothing works in the way we want it we don't take the efforts that are needed. I personally go for holding options but not trades. The trading is dependent on the luck factor as well as how we make the selection of coins for the trading purpose. We don't need to choose we need to work on it and then it works.

Probably none if you really want to make money with cryptocurrencies then you need to buy and hold, now you may think such a strategy can be really risky in altcoins and that is the truth but the bitcoin holders did not knew if their coins and efforts will be worth anything in the future so if you want to obtain profits like them you will need to take the same risks.

this actually depends on the market movement. when the market changes very quickly. Daily trading will help you to make a profit quickly. but you must remain vigilant. because you could be stuck in the wrong coin. and it can cause very deep losses. you still have to seek knowledge to still be able to find knowledge about trade

I'm always pointing myself towards the swing trading because that's easy and at the same time simplest way of making money. If you want go earning it quickly then I would say swing trading is the best option. We can choose few coins out there and put trades on them at least five to six times in a day to grab profits over 20-30% altogether. In case of day trade it gets harder to trade and you have to put larger limits so usually skip it. If you professional then you can try that one.

Day trading or swing which type of trading suitable it's depends I think market situation of bitcoin and altcoins. if market price is daily rising so high then you can trade daily other then swing is right way.

Both day trading and swing trade are both good, you only need to know the type of trader you are and trade accordingly. Trading is a games played by professionals and skillful people and you should spend your time in learning in other to know the type of trader you are. Many are loosing trade today not because they are day traders or swing traders but because they don't have sound knowledge on trading before putting their hard earned money. I think learning on how trading work is far better than the type of trader we are.

To me i thin that day trading can be consider as good for making profit, although day trading is difficult and it is also difficult to make money from day trading but the income that we can get from day trading is too much high as compare to any other source of income or method. Therefore i will chose day trading for making money.

I would say it all depends on your style and you should try both and see what it works best for you. I tried day trading, and it was amazing when we had this huge volatility, where we could win 20% in a few minutes. Right now this is not the case, and I think that swing trading is now the best option. I don't need to keep checking the price, I don't spend so much time in front of the computer and I can still do some fine profit. When I was day trading, I kept waking in a few hours just to check the price. Now I can just have some alerts running, and place some pending orders, based on my analysis and let it run.

Crypto is less volatile as well, so I don't think it's profitable to do day trading. I mean you can of course have more profit than you would on swing trading, but it's not worth it in my opinion, because of all the time you need to spend in front of the computer.
