Who is the worst bounty manager?

Many ICO projects running their bounty program in many cases the ICO team don't pay attention who they hire and they ended up hiring the worst!! there are many nasty "managers" in here.  Who is the worst so far that you really hate because of his/her lack of integrity and professionalism?

My list of managers to avoid working with them in the future! I will add all of them here later:

So far i do have different experiences with bounty managers but i do end up mostly on some reputable bounty managers.Talking about their professionalism and campaign handling would be entirely different to each other but somehow they do able to make their part or role.I didnt experience on being handled by newbie bounty manager. I have been under by sylon,atriz,deadley,olcaytu,blockeye when it comes to bounty camps which i dont really join up to those new managers that do handle campaign.

I think the worst ones are the ones engaging with SCAMs or later on BECOMING SCAMS project. Nobody wants that. Do your own research too.

It is not paying at all, being scammed by scumbags.

Plus those whose rules are too strict. Example given, dates are forgotten to be put in the report. How come YOU DIDN'T COUNT THE STAKES WHEN WE CAN EDIT THE REPORT AGAIN? LOL madness. I get it you have to be strict but only the DATES are forgotten maybe just maybe no?

Another one of the worst? Those who have a set of translator teams. Idk, this doesn't sound right. LOL.

What if you hold 2-3 bounties at one time? You and your team gets paid 2 - 3x for working like that? That isn't fair at all. Considering many are talented too or maybe more talented than your team. ^^

Another one of the worst? Those who keeps telling the bounty hunters "WAIT FOR ANNOUNCEMENTS" WHEN THE CROWDSALE WAS OVER 2 MONTHS AGO. common guys. Can't you communicate RESPONSIBLY WITH THE TEAM? THEN DON'T MANAGE BOUNTIES!

AND THE FAR WORST. BANNING SOMEONE JUST BECAUSE YOU COULDN'T ANSWER THEIR QUESTION. FOR FCK's SAKE KINDLY STOP BEING A BOUNTY MANAGER IF YOU CAN'T EVEN HANDLE TOO MANY QUESTIONS.

Best bounty managers?

Those who communicate with the team they're working for. With the spreadsheets and all. Plus those who console those whose problems are big like changing ETH address.
 
You guys are getting paid for being the manager of the bounty community. Do your share. Don't put rules such as no changing of eth wallet. I had this problem and it took me most my bounties to change my eth add. Good thing is 90% did accept the change, while 10% did not.

Plus the managers who update the spreadsheets WEEKLY should get commendations + bonuses from team. Bounty hunters should be considered as contributors as well. It is not free money they get. They work for it.

Plus those who work hard for the bounty hunters who wasn't paid. LOL THESE PEOPLE ARE GREAT!

I can't mention any name because I don't have any experience of joining a bounty. Most of the campaign that I joined is a btc-paying campaign. But IMHO, the worst bounty managers are the ICO devs itself who manage to run their campaigns and don't have any intention of hiring any manager and after they held a free advertisement because they have no intention of paying either, they will run.

I think the worst ones are the ones engaging with SCAMs or later on BECOMING SCAMS project. Nobody wants that.

Worst bounty manager is manager who changes rules after ICO and bounty campaigns ends, pretending he didn't know about rules and that team changed rules at the end.
I don't want to name anyone here but I am sure lots of bounty participants know what I am talking about.

Now a days lot of newbies are started to manage bounty programs this is a sign of scam projects or they run bounties with bought account.Some managers are tagged by DT members for not paying to the participants many times they can be called as worst bounty managers but I don't want to mention their names.But sometimes managers can't do anything for the team not paying to the participants so we can't say all the managers who can't pay as worst,we can call who don't do enough research about that project are the worst ever.

Those are greedy people. I remember someone like this. He maybe thought that the group won't scam him because HE WAS KNOWN HERE. But they did upon the successful ICO then running away with the money. LEAVING THE BOUNTY HUNTERS AND HIM UNPAID.

Now a days lot of newbies are started to manage bounty programs this is a sign of scam projects or they run bounties with bought account.Some managers are tagged by DT members for not paying to the participants many times they can be called as worst bounty managers but I don't want to mention their names.But sometimes managers can't do anything for the team not paying to the participants so we can't say all the managers who can't pay as worst,we can call who don't do enough research about that project are the worst ever.

Most of them joined paying BTCs. They're real accounts even tho newbie. Try paying 10btc to get that rank too lol. Plus look at how much they can post being a newbie account.

Worst bounty manager is manager who changes rules after ICO and bounty campaigns ends, pretending he didn't know about rules and that team changed rules at the end.

Yes I agree with you. But most of the general rules include "THE TEAM CAN CHANGE THE RULES WHATSOEVER BLAH BLAH". If you signed up NOT READING OR READING THAT, THEN ITS AT YOUR DISCRETION ALREADY.

Bounty managers, I respect you, this is just my opinion of this matter.
Worst bounty managers INCLUDE but not LIMITED to:
1. NO ETH ADDRESS CHANGE RULES.
2. Those who doesn't DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH ABOUT THE COMPANY THEY ARE TO BE HIRED FOR
3. NO UPDATES/ ANNOUNCEMENTS ON DISTRIBUTIONS. (TAKES 3 OR MORE SO WEEKS.) UNLESS IT IS STATED THAT IT HAS TO BE AFTER *INSERT NUMBER* OF DAYS IN THE RULES.
4. BANNING SOMEONE JUST BECAUSE YOU CAN'T ANSWER THEIR QUESTIONS.
5. TAKING FOR GRANTED SOMEONE'S 1WEEK EFFORT JUST BECAUSE HE OMITTED/FORGOTTEN A PART OF THE REPORT

This forum is good to discuss about the positive and negative things about many things but this thread will corner any few managers by the trollers. Please do not give the way to group troll any managers.
Every manager who scam us will not be last longer in the forum. I have seen some project manager scam us with the payment and some good managers also not been active or out of the forum now.

don't have any bad experience with bounty manager yet, but i heard in past Jamalaezaz get warned becausw work slowly. but now he has his own team and they can manage some project better than before

Not all bounty managers are the one who scammed the participants and investors, but sometimes they are also victims and the most affected of all. Because they waste a lot of effort and also the reputation they have are totally wasted, because of some ICO projects that will do everything to cheat and scammed people just to earn free.

Not all bounty managers are the one who scammed the participants and investors, but sometimes they are also victims and the most affected of all. Because they waste a lot of effort and also the reputation they have are totally wasted, because of some ICO projects that will do everything to cheat and scammed people just to earn free.

that is why escrow is invented in order to avoid problems like this. a good manager will always ask for the funds first or maybe ask for a reputable escrow in order to hold the funds before they start the campaign but most of the bounty camapigns dont do escrows , that is why the risk of scamming is very alarming on those sections. i also notice that most bounty managers are newbie or low level rank without a proper reputation on the forum. you should avoid joining them in the first place if your not willing to be scam.

bounty managers are not entirely at fault in dealing with the projects they handle, sometimes managers are either trapped in unprofessional ico teams, a project is dependent on the project team itself and managers are just workers who have to deal with bounty, the team's faults can have an impact on a manager and that is a bad risk

If you encountered worst bounty manager why you can't name it? You asking a lot of users who's the worst manager but you have no hard heart to says who's manager are you pointing out?

In my entire life in this sites I can't encountered boastful manager, because all of them have different norm in life. Each manager's have own rules and regulations and the participants need to followed it. They have different styles in handling campaigned, I think you offend one of each manager's in bounty campaign.

They are remember that's why when managers are doing some bounties, they are accountable for the payments and that's why they need to secure it whether they trust the company or not make sure that there's a fund for the campaign that they will held. Too bad for those victims and that shows that ICO is only for the money, they never paid those bounty hunters and the manager was abandoned as well. That will teach him a lesson that trust no one if its about the funds because his reputation is at stake.

But at least he didn't scammed the participants.

In joining bounty campaigns the one who'll manage  is also a must look because our bounty is in their hands, they can run away with it and leave the participants awful. That's why better to join in campaigns that have a high rank campaign manager or part of a community management and leading firm like the Amazix. Don't trust those newbie accounts.

At the moment, i would say the Bounty Manager from the Envion ICO. I thinks his name is yombu. He made so many mistakes. More then half of the participants were fake, bots or people with double entries. They are some months since the ICO is done, and the bounty hunters didnt get payed yet. So with high probability the bounty hunters will never receive their tokens. So i think he never managed a bounty campaign before, i think he never participate on a bounty campaign, which makes it more worse!

If I have never experienced being managed by a bad manager and do not want that to happen to me, so far the manager I have is responsible and professional.
