HELP | Bitcurex Card

I have received my card a few days ago
Made a deposit of some bitcoins ,and sold them on market .
I CAN'T GET MY CARD TO WORK (By online shopping/ATM's withdraws)

Maybe its because i have missed the ref card part ..
i cant find where should i enter the ref number in..

Bitcurex's support is not the fastest that i'v ever seen ..
so if someone know how to solve this ,
ill be very happy!

Basically i don't know how to attach my card to my account..

I was wondering the same thing about how to link your card to your bitcurex account.... I think you have to use the "Nr ref" number on the back of the card as the bank account number. I wish someone would confirm this. Thanks for your help.
