It is good to see that lots of hardware wallets are available, but I never heard about any wallets other than Ledger Nano S and Trezor because these are the most used hardware wallets. But this may be helpful for the person who is willing to buy a new hardware wallet.

You sure got a lot of hardware wallets base on your knowledge. I don't even know that there are many hardware wallets that are existing. It doesn't matter if the market is dominated by the big three as long as their service is trusted and there are many reviews that are good and positive coming from the users. But I'm also open with other wallets to see which is the most comfortable but for now I'm good with ledger nano s.

I've always wondered if there was a better solution than a hardware wallet or paper wallet. Is there going to be some sort of development where individual users are protected without a physical item being the key to secure assets. I think this would be the only time I would be in favour of brain implants  Grin

As a hardware wallet user we do have our own preferred convenience, some liked trezor, keepkey and the others nano s. To say if there is better on the current hardware wallet you are using, what makes you inconvenient of using it? You need to read reviews from different people about their wallet so that can give you an idea on which is better.

What am I missing? I also have a list of hardware wallets with active affiliate programs here: https://www.cryptotrust.ca/wallets

Ledger Nano s and Trezor are my favourite wallets. I have merited for you just before. Since you are a newbie you need to learn but you are helping people to make learn something, that is obviously good.
If you are getting more income more than expected value we can go with the hardware wallet else I do not think it is needed.

Thank you for the Merit. I agree though Ledger Nano S is my preferred wallet to date. I'm excited to see what the projects like Archos, Casa, Waves and Cryptonex plan to bring to the table.

Both wallets are good buddy. Choosing the hardware upon the cost consumption also when the specification is same bro. One of telegram friend recently bought the Trezor. He stated that Trezor is most good one for him.
If you want to find the comparison between both these wallets. Please check the link below.
https://blockonomi.com/trezor-vs-ledger/

This Trezor provides the affordable screen which can give more security.

I don't about the others as well. I'm only familiar with 3, keepkey, trezor and ledger nano s.

I'm still in research of looking for their reviews but as of now I can't them one by one.

This Trezor provides the affordable screen which can give more security.
Just because it has affordable screen it will give more security? As far as I know the coding itself is what gives more security to the wallets.

It's just that the screen and its buttons are too small and sometimes troubles me. I've read some reviews from the keepkey and maybe I'll consider it.

Thank you for the Merit. I've not personally used a Keepkey, but I've held one in my hands and I really liked it. The only reason I've always used Ledger is it being one of the first, most commonly used and it's small to store away. I feel like the Keepkey size would keep me paranoid as it's more like a small phone where as in my eyes than Ledger style is like a 'USD'.

I still haven't tried out keepkey and if you are inconvenient with the screen and its button, better choose the best hardware wallet that you can use conveniently if not then just try out paper wallet for keeping your fund safe for a very long time.

I might consider buying one of each and doing a detailed report on each.

What am I missing?
In the last couple of days I've seen references to:

BitFreezer - https://www.bitfreezer.us/ (Looks like an all in one "Live USB Linux distro" with wallet software)
HODLER - https://hodler.tech/ (Looks like a GSM phone with Crypto features... in ICO stage: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3070336.0)

NOTE: I DO NOT endorse either of these products... I can't see any sort of open source code for BitFreezer (no Github etc) and I believe that HODLER has some serious design issues (network connectivity (SIM/Wifi) on a hardware wallet??!? And a GPS tracker? Roll Eyes)

KeepKey is pretty rocking out.
Although I don't see anything better than Ledger Nano S.
